Baseball Sweetspots, a Virginia Beach based company and a small family business producing a "New Innovative Visual Target Training Aid" to help youth baseball and softball players focus on the target (the glove). Helping kids find the target every time! From our love and dedication to the game of baseball and our son Joey "Baseball Sweetspots" came about. Joey and his dad invented Baseball Sweetspots when Joey was playing ball, he and his team mates used them for years and they really do help the kids focus like never before. "Giving a Foundation is crucial when developing a young player. Then you need to reinforce what has been learned and mastered each year." Joey is now a volunteer coach and still using Baseball SweetSpots to teach and shape skills making it fun and practical while learning the "fun"damentals. If we can educate more coaches about how to teach the vital "fun"damental skills as well as valuable lessons of teamwork, dedication and preparation to young players while making it fun and exciting we'll have more success in participation and retaining young athletes. And if kids first experience is a positive one they will love the game and stick with it. We are committed to the development of tommorrows baseball stars, and we recognize the need to focus on helping younger children learn the "fun"damentals. We need to adjust the structure to accommodate different skill levels that allow kids to compete more comfortable. Keep it simple, make it fun, and help them to develope coordination and confidence.
